Graduation Services

Located in the Academic Building on the Mount Vernon Campus, Graduation Services' primary function is to assist students and the Schools & Colleges in the final steps of the academic journey. These final steps involve the declaration of degree candidacy, verification of university requirements, the graduation ceremony, and the distribution of diplomas. Each semester, the office processes an average of 3,000 applications for graduation or certificates of completion for all Schools & Colleges across the university. The office processes and distributes diplomas and certificates for those who have successfully completed all degree and/or certificate requirements as outlined within university academic publications.
