You can get answers to Registrar related questions from the Student Financial and Registration Services team. They can be reached by phone at 202-994-4900 from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and 10:00 am - 5:00 pm on Wednesdays. For questions regarding transcripts, please contact Parchment Award. Parchment Award customer service department offers web support between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm (EST/EDT), Mondays through Fridays. You can log into your Parchment account then visit the Parchment Help Center, where you can find answers to frequently asked questions and articles to support your needs. From the Parchment Help Center, you can submit a web case for support or contact a Learner Support Representative for assistance.

In-person Services

Office of the Registrar business is conducted in-person at the Student Services Hub, located on the Ground Floor of the University Student Center at 800 21st St NW. In-person services are also available in Suite 390 in Enterprise Hall on the Virginia Science & Technology Campus.
